2. What Data We Collect

Account data

When you create a QuantDine account we collect your name, email address, password (stored as a secure hash — we never store your plain text password), and business details including restaurant name, address, postcode, and cuisine type.

Restaurant trading data

You upload or connect point-of-sale (POS) data to QuantDine. This includes order records, item sales, revenue figures, cover counts, and service times. This data belongs to you. We process it solely to provide the QuantDine service.

Usage data

We collect information about how you use QuantDine including pages visited, features used, and session timestamps. This helps us improve the product.

Payment data

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details. We retain records of your subscription plan, billing status, and transaction history.

Communications

When you contact us by email we retain those communications to respond to your enquiry.
