Questions
Do I need a credit card to start?
Yes — we require a credit card to start your free trial. You won't be charged during the trial period, and you can cancel any time before it ends. We ask for payment details upfront to make the transition seamless if you decide to continue.
Can I switch between Starter and Pro?
Yes. You can upgrade from Starter to Pro at any time and the price difference is prorated. Downgrades take effect at the end of your billing period.
What POS systems do you support?
Currently QuantDine works with any POS system that can export a CSV — which includes Square, Lightspeed, Epos Now, Zettle, and most others. Direct API integrations are coming in 2026.
What happens after the 14-day trial?
You choose a plan and enter payment details. If you do not upgrade, your account moves to read-only mode — your data stays safe but you cannot upload new orders until you subscribe.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No contracts, no cancellation fees. Cancel from your dashboard settings and you keep access until the end of your billing period.
Is my data secure?
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We are GDPR compliant, ICO registered, and your data is stored on EU servers. We never sell your data.
