1. About These Terms
These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the QuantDine platform operated by QuantDine Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17146711, with registered office at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ ("QuantDine", "we", "us").
By creating a QuantDine account you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use QuantDine. By creating an account you confirm that you are at least 18 and are authorised to enter into a binding agreement on behalf of the restaurant business you register.
QuantDine is currently available to restaurants based in the United Kingdom only.
3. The Service
QuantDine provides a restaurant analytics platform that allows independent restaurant operators to:
- Upload and analyse point-of-sale trading data
- View revenue, menu, and operational performance dashboards
- Generate AI-powered insights and recommendations
- Track performance against targets
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice. We will always provide at least 30 days notice of material changes that affect your subscription.
4. Subscription Plans and Payment
Plans
QuantDine is offered on two subscription tiers:
- Starter — £79 per month (or £869 per year)
- Pro — £199 per month (or £2,189 per year)

Free Trial
New accounts receive a 14-day free trial. No payment is required during the trial period. At the end of the trial, your subscription will automatically begin and your payment method will be charged unless you cancel before the trial ends.
Billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. Payment is processed by Stripe. By providing your payment details you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
Price Changes
We will give you at least 30 days written notice of any price increase. Price increases will take effect from your next renewal date.
5. Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Account & Billing settings page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain full access to QuantDine until that date.
We do not offer refunds on subscription payments already made. If you cancel mid-period, you will continue to have access until the end of the period you have paid for, after which your account will be downgraded or closed.
If you cancel during your free trial before it ends, you will not be charged.
In exceptional circumstances (for example, a significant service outage caused by us) we may at our discretion offer a partial credit or refund. This is not a contractual obligation.
6. Your Data
Ownership
Your restaurant's trading data belongs to you. We do not claim ownership of your data. We process it solely to provide the QuantDine service as described in our Privacy Policy.
Data Export
You may export your data at any time from the Settings → Data page.
Data Retention on Cancellation
Following cancellation we will retain your data for 90 days. During this period you may reactivate your account or request a data export. After 90 days your data will be permanently deleted, except for financial records which we retain for 7 years as required by law.
AI Processing
QuantDine uses Anthropic's Claude AI to generate insights and recommendations from your trading data. By using QuantDine you consent to your anonymised trading data being processed by Anthropic's API for this purpose. Anthropic processes this data under their own terms of service and does not retain or train on API data submitted through QuantDine.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use QuantDine for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform
- Upload false, misleading, or fraudulent data
- Resell or sublicense access to QuantDine without our written consent
- Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the platform
- Interfere with or disrupt the platform or its infrastructure
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without refund.
8. Intellectual Property
QuantDine and all content, features, and functionality of the platform (including but not limited to software, design, logos, and text) are owned by QuantDine Ltd and protected by UK and international intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the platform without our written consent.
9. Limitation of Liability
QuantDine provides analytics and AI-generated insights for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any insight, forecast, or recommendation. Business decisions made based on QuantDine data are made at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss
- Our total liability to you in any 12-month period shall not exceed the total subscription fees you paid to us in that period
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Availability and Support
We aim to maintain platform availability of 99.5% measured monthly, excluding scheduled maintenance. We will provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where possible.
Support is provided by email at support@quantdine.co.uk:
- Starter plan: email support, response within 3 business days
- Pro plan: priority email support, response within 1 business day
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if:
- You breach these Terms
- You fail to pay any amount due
- We reasonably believe your use of the platform creates legal or security risks
On termination, your right to access the platform ceases immediately. Data retention terms in section 6 apply.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email at least 30 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of QuantDine after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
If you have a complaint, please contact us first at support@quantdine.co.uk. We will always try to resolve disputes informally before any formal proceedings.
